By signing up for MAGA10X service (“Service”) or any of the services of MAGA10X, you (“You”, “The Customer” or the “User”) are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). MAGA10X reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the website. You are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

Account Terms:

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.

You are responsible for keeping your access password secure. MAGA10X cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.

You may not use the service provided by MAGA10X for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You are not allowed to share or reproduce the information received and/or purchased from MAGA10X with any third parties, online, offline, verbally or in any format whatsoever.

A breach or violation of any of the Account Terms, as determined at the sole discretion of MAGA10X, will result in the immediate termination of your subscription service access, and without refund.

General Conditions:

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this TOS/User Agreement document and our Privacy Policy before you may become a member of MAGA10X.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. No warranty of any kind is made in relation to accuracy, reliability or content.

MAGA10X do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

MAGA10X do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

MAGA10X do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Any information published by MAGA10X is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

MAGA10X does not accept funds for (or undertake) any form of gambling, betting or wagering, directly or indirectly in any capacity or format.

MAGA10X is not responsible for any loss or damage for the customer, either direct or indirect, as a result of using this information for gambling or betting.

Customer is responsible to comply with their local laws to avoid breaking the laws in their country of residence.

MAGA10X provides daily sports predictions by paid subscription. This service does not constitute a regulated financial activity under the financial regulatory laws of any jurisdiction.

MAGA10X is not a bookmaker, casino, oddsmaker, broker, financial advisor, or any other type of regulated financial entity.

MAGA10X does not accept any subscriber funds for sporting investment or hold any client funds in trust.

In no event shall MAGA10X or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, the electronic delivery/non-delivery of information, our services or this agreement (however arising including negligence).

You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, MAGA10X partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by MAGA10X.

Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse, violence and/or retribution) of any MAGA10X customers, support staff, employees, members, suppliers, affiliates or officers will result in immediate and permanent account termination, without refund. The respective event (and full details of the parties involved) will also be reported to the appropriate authorities/ISP’s if deemed appropriate.

The failure of MAGA10X to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and MAGA10X and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and MAGA10X (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any misuse, misconduct or other abuse of the relationship with MAGA10X will result in immediate cancelling of any relation between the customer and MAGA10X.

Payment of Fees:

Payment is required by MAGA10X for the subscription package & period offered.

Before the subscription is available for use, you must accept the terms of business as presented. By purchasing our service for the desired time period, you will receive (by email) at least 7 recommendations each (7 day) week, depending on (but not limited to) the length of your subscription period.

All subscriptions are payable in advance as per the available payment methods listed in the website.

Refund Policy:

Please be aware that MAGA10X do not offer full refunds or partial refunds on unused membership access periods in relation to any payments previously made. Your access to the Service will be deactivated without notice for failure to pay any amount due within one (1) calendar day of the due date.

Also note that MAGA10X offer a sports betting information service, and as such, any monetary investment based on our advice is done so at your own risk. You should therefore only wager what you can afford to lose. Our service will generate winning runs and losing runs. If you plan to cancel your service directly after experiencing a losing run, we would respectfully advise you not to subscribe in the first instance.

Cancellation and Termination:

Should you wish to cancel your account, you can do so at any time by sending an email to our support department. In addition, subscription (monetary) cancellations, as previously defined and if applicable, must by arranged directly with your processing merchant in order to stop any further rebills to your credit card or respective account.

In the event that (for whatever reason) you fail to cancel further rebills to your credit card or respective account directly with your payment processing merchant, and a further payment is subsequently made, a refund will only be issued under exceptional circumstances and could be liable to an administration fee equal to no less than 30% of the payment made.

Once your MAGA10X account is cancelled, you will receive no further emails from us, and all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.

Fraud:

Without limiting any other remedies, MAGA10X may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in any fraudulent activity in connection with MAGA10X website or service/s provided.

This includes, but is not limited to, registering for multiple X day free trials. As a MAGA10X subscriber you are only entitled to register for 1 (one) X day free trial. Attempts to register for multiple X day free trials will be highlighted by our built-in security protocols, and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Modifications to the Service and Prices:

Access prices for using MAGA10X services are subject to change upon 7 days notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the MAGA10X website or the administration menu of the MAGA10X VIP Member Portal/Back Office via an announcement.

MAGA10X reserve the right at any time to time to modify or discontinue, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

MAGA10X shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Income Projections:

Past results are included in the MAGA10X website for reference purposes only. Any projections included in the MAGA10X website are made in good faith. This includes any projections generated by the user via the interactive “3-Month Compounding Calculator” built into the main website. As with any business, past performance is no guarantee of future results. Your own personal results could therefore be higher or lower than the projections. You should therefore only deploy funds you can afford to lose. Income or profits are not (and cannot) be guaranteed in any capacity or in any format.
